Introduction
By using the BytesWell website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. BytesWell provides managed website hosting and care for small and medium businesses. We operate transparently and professionally.
Services
Our core offer is fully managed website hosting and care under monthly plans (Care, Care+, and Care Pro). Depending on the plan, this may include hosting, domain/SSL support, backups, monitoring, updates, content edits, AI-assisted content/SEO refresh, performance work, and priority support.
Related services — such as cloud infrastructure, macOS fleet support, or private/enterprise AI — may be available by separate agreement and are not part of the standard website-care plans unless explicitly included.
Specific deliverables, scope, and start dates are confirmed with each client before work begins.
Plans & payments
- Standard plans are billed as a flat monthly retainer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Current published plan prices on our website apply unless a written quote says otherwise.
- Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Late or failed payment may pause service.
- One-off setup, migration, or custom work may be billed separately when agreed in advance.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business and website information needed to deliver the service.
- Respond to reasonable requests for access, approvals, or content in a timely way.
- Keep payment details current and honour agreed payment terms.
- Ensure you have the right to use any content, brands, or materials you supply.
Availability & limitations
We work to keep sites secure, backed up, and available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or that every issue can be prevented. BytesWell is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content, data, and brand materials. BytesWell retains ownership of our own tools, scripts, templates, and internal systems. Work created specifically for you is transferred on completion and payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Cancellation
Either party may end a managed-care engagement with reasonable notice (typically 30 days, unless a written agreement sets a different term). Fees already earned for completed work remain due. On exit, we will help with a reasonable handoff of access and exports where applicable.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service as the business evolves. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the site or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
